NOTICE OF BIDS – GARAGE DOOR
The City of West Concord is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the overhead garage door at the Fire Hall.
• Condition: The door is sold AS IS. The City of West Concord makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or usability of the door.
• The door is approx. 9x11 and 2 years old.
• Removal: The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with moving the door from city property by November 2, 2026.
• Bidding Deadline: All bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Winning bidder will be announced by the October 15, 2025 Council Meeting.
• No Minimum Bid
• Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “GARAGE BID” and delivered to:
