Chair Wendy Kenworthy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Those members present: Wendy Kenworthy, Lloyd Henslin, Jr., Duane Bartel, Jim Jensen, Brian Ginder, and Dale Jensen; absent: none; present via ZOOM: Rebecca Knutson. Also present: Superintendent Craig Schlichting, Principal Luke Lutterman, Principal Shane Van Beek, and Dean of Students Tricia Johnson.
