* LHTF to issue grant to City of West Concord in the amount of $100,000 for proposed housing development project.
* The following personnel actions: A.1, B.1, B.2, C.1, C.2, D.1.
* Payment of the following bills:
01 Revenue Fund $ 289,655.63
13 Road and Bridge Fund $ 302,976.84
16 Environmental Quality Fund $ 13,549.61
52 The Midway $ 270.00
80 Agency Fund $ 6,415.33
Total $ 612,867.41
* Issuing credit card to Environmental Services Department to be used by park staff for maintenance items as discussed.
* Adjourning the meeting at 6:08 p.m.
