NOTICE OF BIDS – GARAGE DOOR
The City of West Concord is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the overhead garage door at the Fire Hall.
Condition: The door is sold AS IS. The City of West Concord makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or usability of the door.
The door is approx. 9x11 and 2 years old.
Removal: The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with moving the door from city property by October 1, 2026.
Bidding Deadline: All bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Winning bidder will be announced by the September 17, 2025 Council Meeting.
Minimum bid is $250.
Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “GARAGE BID” and delivered to:
