Present: Wendy Kenworthy, Duane Bartel, Dale Jensen, Jim Jensen, Lloyd Henslin, Jr., Rebecca Knutson, Brian Ginder (via ZOOM), Craig Schlichting, Luke Lutterman, Tricia Johnson, Corey Lilledahl, Tina Kozisek, others.

The School Board approved the following items:

• Agenda and consent agenda including: April 15, 2024 regular meeting minutes and May 1, 2024, special meeting minutes as presented; budget update; claims and bills; open enrollment agreements for students #052024A, #052024B, #052024C, and #052024D; resignation for Tianna Hill as paraprofessional effective May 3, 2024; maternity leave/FMLA request for #052024A effective July 17, 2024, through December 13, 2024; contracts for Karlyn Buchanan as Title 1 Teacher, Jill Lutterman as ECSE Teacher, Lisa Chicos as ECSE Teacher, Ryan McCabe as TMS Physical Education and Health Teacher, Anthony Bendickson as TMS Special Education Assistant and THS Construction and Manufacturing Careers, Gareth John Hagar as TMS Special Education Teacher, Katy Nold as TMS Special Education Teacher, Olivia Zwaschka as TMS Science Teacher, Elle Siewert as TMS/THS Art Teacher, McKenzy Purington, Gabby Molina, and Taylor Kraemer as Cobra Kids Assistants; long-term substitute agreement for Jack Hager as THS Teacher; and extra-curricular contract for Rich West as JH Softball Coach.;

• Resolution Relating to the Termination and Nonrenewal of the Teaching Contract of Stefanie Maas, a Probationary Teacher

• Updates to policies 203, 213, and 214.
